Concealed suspended ceilings use a hidden grid framework (typically Rondo direct-fix or furring channel systems) lined with plasterboard. The result is a smooth, flush ceiling with no visible grid — ideal for offices, showrooms, and high-end fitouts. We flush all joints to a Level 4 finish so it's paint-ready.
Exposed grid ceilings (T-bar systems) use a visible metal grid with drop-in tiles — usually mineral fibre, acoustic, or decorative panels. These are common in schools, retail, medical centres, and commercial buildings where services access is important. We install Rondo exposed grid systems with fine-fissured mineral fibre tiles and R4.2 insulation batts.
