Project Scope
React Building & Maintenance engaged us to carry out the 500 m² ceiling replacement at Collie Senior High School. Working around the client-led demolition, we installed the ceiling grid and laid R4.2 glass-fibre insulation batts above every new ceiling panel.
We fitted fine-fissured mineral-fibre tiles in the exposed T-bar grid. Our team visited the site two times to match the staged work phases, liaising closely with our client to maintain flow. Despite the holiday-period start and tight schedule, we delivered a clean, code-compliant ceiling system ready for final handover.
