Foodfolks Warehouse Fitout
CFC walls, steel stud framing, and suspended ceilings for Foodfolk Australia's new 8,974 sqm facility at 60 Paltridge Way, Perth WA.
Project Scope
ICS, on behalf of Foodfolk Australia, engaged Crafted Up to fit out their new facility at 60 Paltridge Way. Within the 8,974 sqm warehouse, we installed CFC walls complete with sarking, running top-hat channels to support the liner panels.
In the 565 sqm office area, we framed direct-fix Rondo ceiling then lined walls and ceilings with plasterboard and flushed all joints for a smooth finish. Throughout the build, we coordinated with other trades to maintain schedule for handover.
Project Objectives
- Install 0.75 BMT steel stud wall framing and concealed suspended ceilings
- Fit insulation for temperature control and sound separation
- Line and flush plasterboard to a smooth, paint-ready finish
- Coordinate with trades to maintain project schedule and handover timeline
