Leighs Construction enlisted us for this remarkable project in 2024. A fresh office for New Zealand's transport control — featuring lofty ceilings and abundant light wells, this building radiated charm and vitality.
Our team handled the full plasterboard lining package including walls, ceilings, and the architectural light well details that define the building's character.
Project Objectives
- Install ceiling battens and framing across lofty open-plan spaces
- Line walls and ceilings with plasterboard to a Level 4 flush finish
- Frame and line architectural light wells and clerestory window reveals
- Deliver a paint-ready finish throughout the building
