Suspended ceiling grids, steel stud partition framing, and full interior refresh for Polestar's new Perth showroom at 346 Scarborough Beach Rd.
Project Scope
Giorgi reached out to us when he secured the lease at 346 Scarborough Beach Rd and needed someone to sort out all the ceilings and partitions. The building was an old showroom, and it needed a full interior refresh before any fit-out could happen.
Once we were on board, our crew set up the ceiling grid, ran the partition wall framing with steel studs, and we are waiting on services to give us the go-ahead for lining and flushing.
Project Objectives
- Install 0.75 BMT steel stud wall framing and concealed suspended ceilings
- Fit insulation for temperature control and sound separation
- Line and flush plasterboard
- Coordinate with services trades before lining stage
