Plasterboard lining, flushing, skylight reveals, bulkheads, and square set details for a new veterinary clinic at 90 Bawden Street, Willagee WA.
Element Construction WA engaged Crafted Up to deliver the full walls and ceilings package for a new veterinary clinic at 90 Bawden Street, Willagee. The build featured a striking corridor lined with multiple skylights, requiring precision framing and flushing to create clean, sharp reveals that let natural light flood the interior.
Our crew handled all plasterboard lining and flushing throughout, including bulkhead details, square set reveals, and Fyrchek fire-rated board in wet areas. Every joint was flushed to a Level 4 finish, ready for paint. We coordinated closely with Element Construction and other trades to keep the programme on track through to handover.
